Super stoked to share that our team APT69 (Best name fr) consisting of William Wijaya, Kelvin Teo, Loh Kae Shyan, and I, won the top spot in the PwC CTF 2023! 🎉 We snagged 1st place in Malaysia and managed to get top 9 in the Asia Pacific, battling it out with teams from Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. 🔥 Major shoutout to my kickass teammates for being the real MVPs – couldn't have asked for a better team 🙌

This CTF was pretty funny because I hopped in right after I came out from the hospital, and was pretty clueless about what to expect 😂 No one saw the prize coming – we thought it was all about potential internship placements 🤣 We never even thought that PS5 and Air Pod Pro as a prize was possible HAHAHA

Big love to all the participants who brought their A-game, making every challenge a thrill ride, especially congrats to 2nd place 𝗔𝟭𝗽𝗵𝟰_𝗦𝗵𝟰𝗿𝗸! (TAR UMT), and 3rd place 𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗱𝟯𝗿𝘀 (APU)! Was pretty happy to see new CTF teams from Sunway and Taylors too 🥳 (Finally where have yall been all this time lol)

Of course massive props to the organizers PwC Malaysia and PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong for putting together such an epic CTF like this. They prepared something I call the snack shrine and my team was snacking away the entire day, which probably played a huge part in the win lmao 😂 Special thanks to the best mentor Alex Cheng for giving us our sanity checks and also constantly helping us out with random stuff throughout the entire CTF HAHAHHA

Grateful for the experience and the chance to compete among some seriously talented folks. Here's to APT69, to the participants, and to the awesome organizers! Until the next cyber showdown! 💻
